Lloydminster Ribfest is the region’s premier summer festival, bringing together award-winning BBQ, live entertainment, family-friendly activities, local vendors, and community celebration all in one vibrant weekend. Hosted by Border City Connects, Ribfest transforms the community into a lively gathering place where friends and families can enjoy great food, discover local talent, and experience unforgettable entertainment. From smoky rib trucks and live music to beach volleyball, interactive family zones, and artisan markets, Ribfest offers something for everyone. More than just a festival, it is a celebration of community spirit—where people come together to connect, support local initiatives, and enjoy everything that makes Lloydminster special.

Carving Country brings the art of chainsaw carving to life with live, high-energy demonstrations by Ryan Villiers of Villier’s Wyld Wood. Proudly sponsored by Windsor Plywood Lloydminster, this exciting attraction will feature multiple live carving shows each day throughout all three days of Ribfest (schedule TBA), giving festivalgoers plenty of opportunities to watch incredible sculptures take shape in real time.
